A concise design was required to create a recognition value between the brand and its premises and to score points with an open atmosphere in the competition for the best employees. A central path leads through the open departments. This is deliberately rhythmised with luminaires on the ceiling to influence the speeds. The linear luminaires take up the graphics of the Oxygen Technologies product logos and, in addition to a high level of identification, create a connection between the different areas, which are separated from each other by curtains and furniture.

A variety of meeting options and presentation areas support productive exchange. Ideas are recorded on the numerous whiteboards and glass walls, making the innovative work process visible. The marketplace is at the centre of the 600 m2 space on the 1st floor. An open kitchen area with a bar and various seating options creates a communicative space and encourages the desired chance encounters between employees. For larger events or team meetings, the adjoining meeting rooms can be added by mobile partition walls. The flexibility and openness of the rooms make the prototypical in the company's development process tangible every day.

The choice of materials and furniture is oriented towards the workshop-like character of Oxygen Technologies. Surfaces made of wood and powder-coated steel are combined for the strictly geometric shapes of the fixtures. A warm haptic contrast is provided by the wooden floor as well as the many textile elements and the colour concept, which inspires with intensive tones from the company CI.
